Please refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/sdtc-2024-staging.sociationdev.com\/about\/accountability\/info-source\/\">Info Source<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/sdtc-2024-staging.sociationdev.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/infosource.pdf\">PDF<\/a>) to find out what Sustainable Development Technology Canada does and what information it holds.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>To determine if another department or agency holds the information you are seeking, please contact one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tbs-sct.gc.ca\/ap\/atip-aiprp\/coord-eng.asp\">Access to Information and Privacy Coordinators<\/a>, listed by organization.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Summaries of completed Access to Information requests are available from the <a href=\"https:\/\/open.canada.ca\/en\/search\/ati?ati%255B0%255D=ati_organization_en%253ASustainable%2520Development%2520Technology%2520Canada\">Government of Canada\u2019s Open Government portal<\/a>. They are made available on the portal within 30 calendar days after the end of each month.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submitting an online request<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The Access to Information and Privacy Online Request Service offers a convenient way to make:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>an access to information request<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>a personal information request<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This service:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>enables individuals to make an online request for information that is held by a Government of Canada institution<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>eliminates the need to print, scan, and email or mail a form to an institution<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/atip-aiprp.tbs-sct.gc.ca\/\">Submit an online request for information<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mailing your request<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>To make a request by mail, please complete either the <a href=\"https:\/\/sdtc-2024-staging.sociationdev.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ATI-Request-Form-EN.docx\">Access to Information Request Form<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/sdtc-2024-staging.sociationdev.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Personal-Information-Request-Form-EN.docx\">Personal Information Request Form<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Mail your request to:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>Access to Information and Privacy Services<br \/>Sustainable Development Technology Canada<br \/>1850-45 O\u2019Connor Street, Ottawa ON K1P 1A4<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Please note that a $5 application fee applies to only Access to Information requests.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>There is no fee for requests for your personal information.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Initiating an Access to Information and Privacy Request The first step in making an Access to Information or Privacy request is to determine who holds the records.
