As a seasoned business leader with deep expertise in sustainable innovation, Ms. Verschuren has been a tireless advocate for entrepreneurs across Canada\u2019s cleantech ecosystem. Under her direction, SDTC enhanced its client-centric approach to innovation funding, serving a more diverse portfolio of entrepreneurs in every province of the country.\u00a0 Ms. Verschuren\u2019s passion, keen insights and thoughtful counsel over the past four years has been integral to enabling SDTC to catapult Canadians entrepreneurs to the forefront of the global cleantech industry.<\/p>\n
The Board of Directors will meet this week to review the response to the Management Response and Action Plan put forward by Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED), with the objective of submitting the response to ISED on December 1 and getting new funding flowing to Canadian entrepreneurs as soon as possible.\u00a0 The Board will also discuss next steps until a new Chair is appointed by the Government of Canada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
